Refund policy

 Returns -

We have a 7-day return policy from when you receive your item. 
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at swaggybabyapparel@gmail.com. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refunded in any case.

Exchanges -

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the item you have and once the return is inspected and accepted, your refund will be processed. You can make a separate purchase for the new item at any time.
